Paragon Collision has a 100% Lifetime Warranty on all workmanship. The Paragon Collision Warranty covers all unibody, body, and refinish work performed by Paragon and is valid for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty will be honored at any time when a Paragon warranty is presented by the rightful owner.

It is important that you take care of your new paint by keeping in mind these do’s and don’ts:

DO hand wash for the first 90 days or use a brushless car wash

DO use a mild car wash detergent

DO remove any stains or bird droppings as soon as possible to prevent any acid etching on the finish

DO avoid exposure to gasoline or antifreeze

DO NOT wipe the finish with a dry cloth because dirt and sand act like sandpaper and scratches the finish

DO NOT scrape ice or snow from the paint because this can scratch

DO NOT wax the new finish for the first 90 days, because the new finish is curing during this time

DO NOT wash the vehicle in direct sunlight or leave water droplets to dry in the sun

PARAGON COLLISION REPAIR IS A DIRECT REPAIR/PREFERRED PROVIDER

Paragon Collision Repair is a Direct Repair (DRP)/Preferred Provider (PPO) for State Farm and Selective insurance companies. What does that mean? Once you report the accident to your insurance company, we handle the rest.

• We can work with your tow company if necessary and make arrangements to have it towed to our shop.

• We perform the damage appraisal or set up the inspection.

• We negotiate the estimate amount with your insurance company to ensure your vehicle is properly and safely repaired.

• We make the necessary arrangements for the insurance portion of the payment for the repairs.

• All you have to do is pick up your newly restored vehicle.

We work with all insurance companies and with customers who want to take care of the repair "out of pocket".
